European School of Modern
Acupuncture
The school has been teaching modern
acupuncture courses and techniques since 1992.
Tutors are either Cert.Ed.,
or NVQ trainer assessor
qualified or both, with extensive clinical experience within Modern Acupuncture
and other allied treatments / therapies.
The courses are modular
based, each module takes the student through a structured learning of the
subjects introduced with hands on practical for that particular module. Courses
are structured with accompanying homework assignments, these assignments are an
integral part of the courses as part of the course continual assessments.
Students failing to
complete assignments will not be allowed to take the final examinations until
these are completed.
Teaching is done with an informal atmosphere, students are encouraged to ask
questions about the subject areas being taught.
The objectives of the school are to teach students to become safe and fully qualified competent practitioners of Modern Acupuncture and its associated techniques.
A
pre-requisite for being accepted on the course is an anatomy and physiology
qualification.
For
those who are interested but do not have this qualification, a tutor can be
arranged to bring you to the required standard of the school, fee to be arranged
between you and your tutor.

ESMA Profile
ESMA has been teaching students since
1992.
It is recognised as being as
being one of the forerunners within Modern Acupuncture teaching by simplifying concepts and understanding.
Students are expected
to have a commitment to learning, just as the tutors have a commitment to teaching their knowledge and clinical experience.
This is accomplished within an informal teaching atmosphere, were students are encouraged to ask questions as part of any of the courses that they attend
with ESMA.
